1. Tea Bag – I carry this because it can be settling and soothing for the stomach. So, I always carry one in case my stomach starts to bother me and I’m somewhere I have access to hot water.
2. Water – Honestly everyone should carry water LOL
3. Ginger chews – This is something I found out while out with my mom at a GNC store but I now see it in most Rite- Aids. Sometimes when I’m on the go I need something quick when I’m having nausea. It doesn’t always help but it helps a good 75%-80% of the time.
4. Tissue –I NEED TO DO BETTER. Why? Because if you have IBS or other stomach issues sometimes you may randomly have to go the bathroom, cannot hold it, and move your bowels and you end up somewhere without toilet tissue. IMAGEN THAT! While that hasn’t happened to me YET! I wouldn’t be surprise if it does!
5. Medicine – Before quarantine I was great with taking my medication everyday, like I am suppose to do. Quarantine happened and I starting taking my medicine occasionally. While I am trying to get back to my every day regiment of taking my medicine, I do carry it everyday. That way when I absolutely need it, I have it.
