Gluten Free No Bake Cheesecake

What You’ll Need
16 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup confectioners’h Sugar
Pinch of Salt
2tsp of Vanilla Extract
2tsp Lemon Juice
2cups Heavy Whipping Cream
*Optional Gluten free pie crust (store bought)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, blend 16oz of softened cream cheese together until smooth.
2. Add in pinch of salt, 2tsp vanilla extract, 2tsp lemon juice, and 1cup confectioners’ sugar.
3. Blend together until smooth
4. Start to pour in 2cups of whipping cream while blending.
5. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
6. Fold into gluten free pie crust or cups
7. Add topping of your choice
8. Place in fridge 2hrs before serving.
