Banana Oat Pancakes

Servings: 3-4 (makes 6-8 pancakes)

What You’ll Need

2 Bananas

1cup of Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1/8 cup of Gluten Free Flour

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

1tsp Pure Maple Syrup

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

1. In a large bowl, Cut 2 bananas into several pieces (makes it easier to mash)

2. Mash bananas,

3. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk,

4. Mix in 1cup of rolled oats , 1/8 cup of gluten free flour, 1/4tsp baking powder, 1tsp pure maple syrup, and 1/8 tsp of nutmeg.

5. On medium heat, lightly butter pan and in pour pancake mixture.

6. Cook pancakes 1 min 30 second on each side.

Serve immediately. Add your favorite topping to these pancakes.
