Ginger Orange Chicken

What You’ll Need:
6chicken breast strips or 2 chicken breast cut horizontally
1tsp canola oil
1/4cup ginger squeeze (spice world)
1/4cup gluten free soy sauce
1/4cup Apple Cider vinegar
1/8cup Orange juice
1/2tbs Pepper Flakes
1/2tsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil
Drop of Maple Syrup
1tsp Cumin
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Pepper
½ tsp Old Bay
Directions:
1. Cut 2 chicken breast (horizontally) or 6 chicken strips into bite sizes pieces
2. Place cut chicken pieces in a bowl
3. Toss 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper, 1tsp cumin, and 1/2tsp old bay on chicken bites and hand toss for seasoning to mix (cover bites and set aside)
4. In a small mixing bowl pour in 1/4cup ginger Squeeze, 1/4cup Gluten free Soy Sauce, 1/4cup Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/8cup Orange Juice, 1/2tbs pepper flakes, 1/2tsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil, and a drop of maple syrup.
5. Mix together well, set aside
6. Coat a non-stick grilling pan with 1tsp canola oil place on medium heat
7. Place chicken bites in non-stick grilling pan, brown chicken for 3 minutes or until you begin to see grill marks.
8. Once chicken is browned, brush the top with sauce , turn and repeat two more times for a total time of 18 minutes.
Allow to cool for several minutes before serving. Enjoy!
