Korean BBQ Street Tacos

What You’ll Need
1/3cup Fody Foods Korean BBQ sauce/marinade
2tsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2tsp Casa De Sante’s Chili Powder
1 tsp Old Bay
2 tbs Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbs Grated Ginger
Sprinkle or Salt and Pepper
2 Jalapeños Diced
1/2c Shredded Carrots
1/4 cup Cilantro
2-4 Limes
Fody Foods Taco Sauce
Spicy Korean Aioli
1/2tbs Mayo
1tbs Fody Foods Korean BBQ Sauce/ Marinade
1/2tbs sriracha sauce
Directions
1. Add 2 tsp of garlic infused olive oil to a large frying pan and place on medium heat.
2. Add 1lb ground ground beef to pan.
3. Mix in 1/3cup Fody Foods’ Korean BBQ sauce/marinade, 1 1/2tbs grated ginger, 2tbs gluten free soy sauce 2tsp Casa de Sante’s chili seasoning 1tsp old bay, and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Cook ground beef for 10mins then drain.
5. While ground beef is cooking , make aioli.
6. In a sauce dish mix 1/2tbs mayo, 3tsp Korean BBQ sauce/marinade, 1tbs sriracha sauces and place aside.
7. Place ground beef in serving dish.
8. Cook corn tortillas 15 second on each side over medium heat or place in the microwave four at a time with a damp paper towel between them for 15seconds. (24 corn tortillas)
*For each taco you want to layer two corn tortillas.
9. Top the tacos with the 1/2cup shredded carrots, 2diced jalapeños, and 1/4cup cilantro, drizzle spicy Korean aioli and taco sauce on top.
10. Squeeze a lime over tacos.
(Shredded cheddar cheese is optional)
