Gluten Free Taco Pasta

What You’ll Need:
2cups gluten free macaroni
1pk taco seasoning
1pound ground beef
1can diced tomatoes w/green chilies
1cup beef broth
1 1/2tsp garlic infused olive oil
5corn tortillas
1 1/2 tsp oil (your choice for frying tortillas strips)
1/2 lime
3 Dash of salt
Directions
1. Boil 4qts of water then add 2c of macaroni and boil on medium heat for about 5mins.
2. Drain macaroni and set aside.
3. Coat frying pan with 1/2 tsp garlic infused olive oil.
4. Place pan on medium heat and add ground beef.
5. Next add 3/4 of 1pk of taco seasoning.
6. Drain ground beef leaving about 1tbs of its oil.
7. Add 1can of dices tomatoes w/green chilies 1cup beef broth, remaining taco seasoning, and garlic infused olive oil simmer for 5mins.
8. Add in cooked macaroni and cook 5-8mins more.
Topping
1. Cut 5 corn tortillas into strips (about 16strips each corn tortilla).
2. In a small pan pour 11/2tbs of oil of choice, fry strips 4mins flipping/ mixing once).
3. Drain strips a 3 dashes of salt squeeze half a lime and toss for a good mix.
Cool both for several minutes before serving.
